All Middle School and High School youth are invited to our 1st Youth Night on Sat, September 12th from 7pm to 9pm in the cafeteria / youth room.

Youth Nights give our youth the opportunity to grow in thier faith through fellowship, fun, games and learning.

 St Gabriel the Archangel Youth Council

St Gabriel Youth Council is now accepting applications for the upcoming year 2009-2010. 

APPLICATIONS DUE NOW to the Office of Faith Formation

INTERVIEW DATE -> Saturday, August 29th @ 3pm in the Youth Room.

The purpose of the youth council is to plan and organize on all youth based initiatives for the parish.  The goal is to create an environment for our youth so that they can grow in the spirit and develop into the future leaders of our church and community.

The council is truly is a fun group where you can enjoy good fellowship at the same time explore your leadership potential.   Not to mention it looks great on a college application

The youth council currently has 4  positions open and so I would like to encourage all youth who are currently in grades 9 – 11 or high school bound to apply the youth council, parents encourage your kids to take advantage of this opportunity and I hope all of you will continue to support our parish youth ministry.

Application packets can be downloaded  youth-council-2009-2010-application-form or are available in the youth council mail box outside the Office of faith formation.

Youth Ministry permission / emergency contact from.

This form gives your child the permission to attend
St Gabriel youth ministry events for a period of 1 year. All
completed forms can be dropped off at the Office of faith
formation / Youth Ministry.

Today St. Gabriel is launching a new feature on the website—“Good News on Tap.” It is a weekly video reflection on the Sunday scripture readings. The two to four minute video commentaries will reflect on the meaning of the scripture and offer practical suggestions of ways to incorporate the gospel into daily life. It is meant to provide a brief positive message of hope for people of all faiths.
