VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Any official letters from the parish are to be issued by the Pastor undersigned by him and written on the parochial letterhead. Esperanza is authorized by the Pastor to issue letters such as that for Immigration, Community Service, and letters that pertain to “good standing’. For any official letters, please approach the Pastor or Esperanza through the Parish Office.
No individuals or groups in the parish are allowed to take up any kind of collection or request donations in the name of the parish without prior permission and legible endorsement from the Pastor. When any such permission is given, it will be published in the bulletin and announced in church. It will also be displayed on the notice board. When donations or payments are made, the payees are entitled to get a receipt from the parish. This means that you should not give a requested donation for the parish, to any group or individual for any cause that has not been previously announced or published at church.

Todas las cartas oficiales de la parroquia deben ser concedidas por el párroco firmadas por él y escritas en la hoja oficial. Esperanza está autorizada por el párroco para emitir cartas como las de Inmigración, Servicio Comunitario y cartas de “buena recomendación”. Para cualquier carta oficial, acérquese al Pastor o Esperanza a través de la Oficina Parroquial.
No se permite a nadie o un grupo en la parroquia realizar ningún tipo de colecta o solicitar donaciones en nombre de la parroquia sin el permiso previo y la aprobación legible del Párroco. Cuando se dé dicho permiso, se publicará en el boletín y se anunciará en la iglesia. También se mostrará en el pizarrón de anuncios. Cuando se realizan donaciones o pagos, los beneficiarios tienen derecho a obtener un recibo de la parroquia. Esto significa que no debe dar una donación para la parroquia, a ningún grupo o individuo por ninguna causa que no haya sido previamente anunciada o publicada en la iglesia.
