2023 ST. GABRIEL INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

The festival in 2022 was a great success and drew a very large crowd. We will need to add some creative solutions to solve some of the problems created by the crowd. However, this is a good problem to have. The hope is to bring 3-4 more rides from our carnival group to decrease the size of lines. However, that means we need to be more creative with our space.

El festival del 2022 fue un gran éxito y atrajo a una gran de gente. Tendremos que agregar algunas soluciones creativas para resolver algunos de los problemas creados por la gente. Festival Set-up Activities

Monday, May 29

  • Carnival Rides arrive at St. Gabriel.

Tuesday, May 30

  • Volunteer Meeting 7:00 PM in the church – parking across the street.

  • Cleaning and Some set-up.

  • Food Preparation Begins.

Wednesday, May 31

  • Set-up – Move Booths in place, Hang lights, and Putting Tarps on Booths.

  • Food preparation.

Thursday, June 1

  • Tables arrive – set up tables and chairs at night.

  • Put signs on Booths.

  • Food preparation.

Friday, June 2

  • Morning: Put covers on tables, Set-up Garbage cans, Set-up beverage areas, Move Paper products outside.

  • Food Prep.

  • The Festival begins at 5:00.

Saturday, June 3

  • Morning – Clean up and Restock.

  • Saturday Mass 3:30 pm.

  • The Festival starts at 5:00.

Sunday, June 4

  • Clean-up 10 am – 3 pm.

  • Take Chairs back to the garage, Tarps off booths, and put booth signs away.

Saturday, June 10

  • Put Materials back into the Garage – We need trucks and lots of hands.
