Pre-printed envelopes
Registered Parishioners receive a registration # when we enter their information into our system. This is also used as your envelope #.
• You will not receive the preprinted envelopes unless you have been making contributions regularly. It can take 2 mailings (2 months) before you begin receiving the envelopes (or changes in name/address will be seen)
• If you want to receive envelopes by mail, you must register and use the 1st packet we give you. Forms are by the church doors, gathering space or Parish Office.
• If you are receiving envelopes in the mail, but you want to stop receiving them, let the office know.
To remain “Active” in our system it is important to use envelopes regularly. You can use the green/white envelopes found in the racks in church/lobby areas.

Los feligreses registrados reciben un número de registro: nosotros ingresamos su información en nuestro sistema. Esto también se utiliza como sus número de sobres.
• No recibirá los sobres preimpresos a menos que haya estado haciendo contribuciones regularmente. Puede tomar 2 envíos por correo (2 meses) antes de que comience a recibir los sobres (o si hacen cambios, se verán los cambios en el nombre / la dirección etc.)
• Si desea recibir sobres por correo, debe registrarse y usar el primer paquete que le damos. Las formas estan en mesas alrededor de la iglesia, o en el espacio de encuentro o la Oficina Parroquial.
• Si está recibiendo sobres por correo, pero desea dejar de recibirlos, infórmeselo a la oficina.
Para permanecer "activo" en el sistema, es importante utilizar sobres regularmente. Puede usar los sobres verdes con blanco que se encuentran en las repisas alrededor de la iglesia o espacio de encuentro. ¡
